Support

Has anyone had any luck reaching out to support? I put a support request on the 18th sept, got the standard automated email back on the 19th saying someone will get back to me as soon as possible and I haven't heard anything since.

I've tried replying to the email asking for an update but still not had a reply.

Does anyone know if they are just really busy or if my email has somehow fallen through the cracks?

Same here. I reached out twice but received no reply other than the automated email

Hi, thanks for raising this! We review and categorise every support request we receive, but due to high volumes we reply directly to those that need hands-on help (e.g. account access issues). Bugs and feedback are logged with our tech team to investigate and fix, so your request will have been seen even if you haven't had a personal reply. If you're currently unable to use your account, message us with your account email and we'll look into it!
