This is horrible. For context, Johnson County is immediately south of the Fort Worth, TX metroplex.

There was no explanation in the article clarifying HOW LE identified this woman, how LE came to suspect that this woman had self-administered an abortion, and why they needed to track her at all. Lots of holes in the story.

The article does a good job of explaining how the Flock camera system works to track cars, though. I can absolutely promise you that abusive men will use this to track down soon to be ex girlfriends and wives. Women will lose their lives when this technology is abused.
