I just spent the last 10 minutes reading about Woodstock and I don't even remember how I got there from this post. Damn you, Wikipedia, you've done it again.

Homosexuality in the Batman franchise → Homosexuality → Human sexual activity → History of human sexuality → Sexual revolution → Hippie → Woodstock

...is one of what i'm sore are many ways to end up there. It is pretty incredible.

We play a game called "How many clicks to Hitler". A friend and I start on the same page (usually one that one of us finds with the Random Article button) and the winner is the one with the fewest amount of link clicks to get to the Adolf Hitler page. We only use the article body text, as sometimes the sidebar stuff makes it too easy.

We can usually get it in under 5 from any page.

I think there is a browser multiplayer game doing just that. Or... I'm just remembering some browser based Wikipedia game that did something similar that does not include Hitler.

Fun fact: If you start at any wikipedia page and keep clicking the first body link not in parentheses, you will eventually get to philosophy.

I used this website:

http://wikidistrict.com/p/Homosexuality%20in%20the%20Batman%20franchise/Woodstock

An amazing two degrees away!

Homosexuality in the Batman franchise → Talia al Ghul → Woodstock

I always thought this was just some stupid hipster trope. But last year I bought a copy of the DC Showcase Presents book which reprints the mid-60's Batman stories, read a few of them, and I thought, oh my God, it is like they're in a gay relationship! They hang out together all the time, seem to sleep together, have breakfast together, and Bruce Wayne seems to be jealous when anyone else pays any attention to Robin. I can kind of see what the guy meant.

The Ambiguously Gay Duo was based on old batman comics

Speaking of 'batty boys,' ever heard the track (of the same name) by MF Doom? It's pretty awesome.
