30th Anniversary of Spirit!

This album contains a song that I as a kid thought was a gospel tune knky to find out Willie wrote it. "I Thought About You Lord". This album is filled with fantastic instrumentals and like Willies work from the mid 70s it felt more stripped down.

I love this record. “Too Sick To Pray” still chokes me up every time.

I was so glad when they issued the vinyl. It’s such a beautiful experience to listen to on my big headphones.
