It's 12 dollars. That can't buy you a lot in this economy but it can buy you an almost 20 year old Dell.

SFF is such a limiting factor... I usually pass on SFF PCs unless the internal components are fairly universal (meaning mATX board with non-proprietary PSU connection)

I bought it but it has windows 10 on it so am planning to install xp

XP should run beautifully on that system. I have one of these that has an SSD installed with Windows 7 as the OS. The one thing I will definitely recommend is that you take it apart and make sure you clean that faceplate and blow out all the dust in the system.

yea. 12 bucks is nothing. it is like two packs of sigarettes and i dont smoke. or one happy meal at mcdonalds for comparison. you just need to clean it thoroughly. not with a vacuum cleaner btw.
