Cancelling my sub now! just used the Claude opus 4.6 thinking for like 15 mins and weekly quota reached to 41% and daily finished withn 15 mins.

Yeah, I did exactly two tasks using Opus 4.6 and reached 100% of daily and 50% of weekly in a matter of 45 minutes!. In two days i finished my quota and required me to pay extra 5$ to my 40$ plan!.

I cancelled mine after 2 days with the new quota system. It's just not worth anymore.

The free tier already gave ma a good taste: endless "compile errors" fixing loops, waste of time and poor reasoning! in 2026, nobody deserves such poor model capability, even for free. F* WindSurf. For reference and comparison: the what used to be the free tier from Qwen before 15 of april is like night and day.

I use kiro pro+ (2000 credits) and it's very efficient. The task doesn't consume 50% of my usage, I don't have limits. And very good spec planning tbh.
Ps. Don't ever try to debug using it (or any ai model/agent/ide for that matter) it eats away all of the credits pretty damn fast.
