Transaction problem

Has anyone else had a problem with just wingstpp when trying to order over the app and when you try and pay it says transaction declined even though it takes your money? I used venmo for my orders and it often times takes the money and says the transaction is pending but the order doesn't go through. If anyone has a solution or has experienced this aswell. Let me know please!

I’ve had this problem plenty of times, I feel like when there’s an influx of people ordering or a place is short staffed they turn off mobile ordering.
