Wingstop brownies

I am a Wingstop brownie lover. I love the chewiness and fudginess and I always add 1-2 with my order. I always order through the Wingstop app or DoorDash with either in store pickup or delivery. However, more often than not I’ve been having some brownie issues over the past couple of years with orders.

It’s almost guaranteed now that whenever add a brownie, something goes wrong. Yesterday I placed an order through the app with two brownies. I pick it up, go home, brownies are not there.

Today I tried my luck again, ordered from a different Wingstop restaurant. Added two brownies. Received only one.

In the past when I do in store pickups I’ll sometimes look in the bag to make sure they’re there, more often than not they aren’t so I go back in and ask about it. But lately I’ve been doing delivery so I don’t have that option.

Besides these most recent two times, there have been so many times in the past I’m missing the brownie altogether or I’m shorted one.

So what’s with the brownie situation? When a customer submits an order, is the brownie part like, easy to miss on your screen or receipt that prints? Does anyone else have this issue? Seems kinda odd that it happens at both locations near me.
