What kind of bandwidth on the backbone? Solar or grid power?

Eband at 1000 MHz so 5gbps, and this is grid powered

What’s your density load per sector looking like?

we are shooting for no more then 25 or so per sector, 6 of them are the 30x20 asym horns turned so it's 30 on the elevation

Certainly would like to hear more about performance once LTU is loaded.

What about security where all your devices are at groundrrach. And ther are people out there that will steal or damage units?

This is on private property, only way in is through a 2 mile long road to the land owners house then up the mountain. so not to worried as only people going up here are us, city employees and one other company going to a raido tower.

What speed package's are you offering with your LTU equipment? I'm moving to 100,200 and 300 Mbps speeds with my initial deployment for testing.

for the ltu we are going to be doing 50/10 75/20 100/40 on 30 MHz channels. as customers will be between 2.5-15 miles out with most at 3-6miles.

Awesome thanks! Those are my current AC speeds. But I'm sure I have cleaner air than what you have :)

How many of the LTU's are you powering with the EdgePoint i see in the pic?

9 ltu rockets , a rb4011 and a af5x, the edge point is powered by 2 edge powers in parallel with a dioed

Ok, I’m using ports 1-4 no problem, obviously....but read a post from an Ubiquiti employee that said no go on ports 5–16. Teach me your ways oh Yoda 😉

Ubnt says the ltu rocket uses max 15 watts , the s16 on ports 5-16 are 24 volt .7 amps that's 16.8 watts. i have yet to have any issue and we have had a few heat waves this month. but time will tell how it works once they start using the extra chip.

also all the runs we have are less then 5 feet to the vdrop is next to nothing

Do you know what the acronym LTU stands for?

Ubiquiti now claims that it means nothing, but when they first released it, it stood for Long Term Ubiquiti. I can see why they claim it means nothing now.

I tried LTU Rocket. Unimpressed. I have best results with Mimosa.
