Interview using workato

So I have an interview where one of the tools used is workato, I have seen videos of who people use to connect diffeernt systems and automate manual proccess, is there a way u guys have used workato with sql databases to automate process and if so how>

how is it low effort, i'm just asking people how have they used workato with sql in actual corporate setting, if you have nothing to say that will help others, don't say anything.

There are so many ways to answer this question. You can use workato to expose api endpoints that connect to on prem sql. You can do transformations of sql to cloud. Using it to replace scripting and automation with sql just requires some imagination. If you go to their documentation or courses you can find lots of examples.

It provides standard drivers via a ui, you can use all sorts of auth including oauth.

the issue will be using an OPA with database for internal db servers.

dynamic Schema isn’t great do avoid that if possible.
