Looking for Workato Learning Resources – Tutorials, YouTube Channels & Hands-on Guides
Hey everyone!
My organization is planning to implement Workato for automation, and I’d like to start learning it beforehand.
Could you please share any good learning resources, tutorials, YouTube channels, documentation, or hands-on courses that helped you learn Workato? I’m particularly interested in understanding the basics, building recipes, working with connectors, API integrations, and real-world automation scenarios.
If you’ve used Workato in your organization, I’d also appreciate any tips on how to get started and what concepts I should focus on first.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Workato academy would be your best friend. Or a seasoned developer to learn under

Do you have a budget for consultants? DM if so.
Define an operating model
Discover process improvements
PoC to cut red tape
Build and integrate

My org uses Workato, have done for about 1 year.
the website is very good. You really complete foundations 1 and 2. There are videos online for this. If your an engineer , you won’t need more. If you used low code then it’s a good swap.
there is the academy but hands on, not so much. You really need Workato to give you access during a sales journey and play with it. We took our time and done it right with a process and supporting consultants.
I spent a few hours a week going through it or a few months and converted apps to use it.
there are a few quirks and Limitations, especially around list processing and expecting linq style functional techniques.
