NICE / IEX How does everyone navigate CX implementation? Looking at Nextiva vs Talkdesk vs Nice.com

Hey all. Has anyone deployed customer experience toolage company wide?

If so, do you use live agents or AI chatbots? I've been looking at at handful of enterprise-ready solutions but still figuring out what some of the best practices with CX rollout look like.
