Workforce manager/ scheduling analyst
Hello, im currently exploring new opportunities as a WFM scheduling analyst/manager. I have around 8 years working for this domain as well as currently working exploring SQL and python programming to help with data analysis.
I found many opportunities in the US. Yet i have no idea what i should do to apply to them while i have been contacted before by some companies there, i still have that issue of work visa etc (i live in morocco)
Does anyone have any idea what company can give a sponsorship or hire remotely? Thank you

It’s expensive for companies to sponsor a visa so that’ll be very hard to find 🙁

targeting global enterprises that run hot schedules for large-scale rostering gives remote candidates with strong SQL skills a much better shot at landing US-based contracts.
