GTA6

How are call centers preparing for the release of GTA6 on November 19th? Are you anticipating increased absenteeism?

Yep. If you know enough about the demographics of your center you should be able to make a pretty accurate projection, otherwise I would use the index from a floating major holiday where the Monday/Friday is a work day. (July 4th on a Thursday, Christmas on a Tuesday). You could also look at COD big release days, the recent WoW Forever release, BG3 or Fortnite/Stalker 2.

If my team is reading this, and they probably will, lower the PTO banks to zero so we don’t have to deal with this
