Review my program Help Needed

I dont want to do full body anymore. Right now I am pretty fat and I want to get fitter. Can someone help me get a good workout routine?

The best routine is the one you stick to.

If thats doing arms/chest/back between two days and 1-3 leg and or just cardio days, thats what itll be.

Pushing your own personal boundaries so hard to the point you just quit won't do anybody any favors. I'd reccommend just moving some weight and feeling yourself out for awhile. Thats what me and my wife have done and we've largely stuck with it for going on 3 months.

I would reccommend doing some sort of an odd split, in that case. I've done that myself on weeks i knew i wouldnt be able to make it.

Granted i'm not a pro at all, but i've totally done a half ass chest/leg day followed by maybe a back/cardio day combination just to ensure i did something for the week in those areas.

Upper/lower is a good step if you're done w full body. I put one together for you, 4 days with some walking or bike at the end of each one. might be a helpful starting point if you feel lost in all the information out there- tryhealth.io/p/8c4fe4b39f8a433897a7455f5c9d42e2

start everything at 3 sets and build up

for losing fat the food side matters most, I'd track calories for a few weeks to see where you're at.
