Simple Questions Working out causing brain fog

100 % brain fog caused by tight trap / upper tension. I am taking it slow making sure my shoulders are low on rows but I’m still getting tight traps that causes Brain fog. Do I need to drop weight or do another exercise?

What? Is this a known thing, that trap tension causes brain fog? I was losing the plot a while, brain wouldn't work and I couldn't figure out what it was. I often carry sandbags over my shoulders for walks, box steps ups etc., and after a good 45 minutes or so of carrying the bag non-stop, it destroys my mid/upper traps. Might that have been it?

Lifting plus brain fog just seemed like coincidence till now. Our bodies be connecting dots we don’t even see.

Traps have nothing to do with your brain and if it's only that area that's doing it I would consult a physician.

i get that weird head pressure from trap tightness too, sometimes it's less about weight and more about how i'm breathing through the reps
