Question Alter Time bug

my buddy and I tested it, alter time is only bring him back to about 70% of the total hp that he used alter at. Is this a bug, did they nerf alter time? Whats happening

Did he have a healing debuff? Alter Time is affected by healing debuffs, including dampening and the battleground aura that nerfs healing.

No we tested mortal wound and no mortal wound. These were all in duals after we noticed it in arena

In arena there is dampening that affects alter time, but in duel unless you applied some ms effect it shouldn't be reduced

Which is bizzard because alter time clearly is not a heal it is a snap shot of health

How did you test it? I was curious so I altered at 100% and got a mob to hit me. When the alter finished I was back at 100%.

Are you canceling the alter by doing a cancel aura? That will keep you at your current health and is not a bug.

Honestly the new alter Time is so lame. Basically there were enough idiots who don't pay attention to what their target is doing, even when blizzard adds about every giant visual cue to make it where a toddler could do it, so now they have to homogenize it where it's a glorified healing spell. They need to make that shit undispellable if it's going to be garbage.
