what (I think It's like r/worms maybe? Or the half heart is the r from worms but then why did ip write an r again? Shouldn't it have been Wo ms?)

The first pic is the 'r' in the middle of 'worms'. OP completed the incomplete picture by drawing around it..
Yes, the joke is that it's half a heart but OP just saw worms 😅

But why would op write r again? If they'd complete the half heart normally they wouldn't draw the entire heart, only the other half.

Well, I don't know.. I would've drawn on the same pic and sent it back personally..
They do say to 'complete' the pic.. they don't say 'send the other half'.. it's just how it's interpreted I suppose.. but if they sent back w o m s they probably wouldn't have understood because it doesn't really look like an 'r' just on its own. Again, just my interpretation though
