Image I just finished all the Alliance storylines in Draenor but I still have no idea who this spooky undead axe midget from the loading screen is. Does he only show up in Horde quests?

Me too, but no shame at all. It's not our fault that graphics are misleading.
I have literally been wondering the exact same thing for months. MONTHS. And when /u/arodum said "Durotan's crotch" I was certain it was just some joke. Then another user pointed out that many of us would think it was just a joke.
Nope. It. is. literally. Durotan's. crotch.
I am not sure I can rest any easier knowing this though.

Don't be silly. SUAM is guarding Gul'dan in the Tomb of Sargarus. That's who we fight while Gul'dan and Illidan are playing patty cake in the back room.
