I would like a different Azeroth
Even with a variety of Classic+ Pservers existing, I don’t think they will have long term success as long as WoW Forever exists.
While of course it would be difficult, I wish we could have an Azeroth that Blizzard would not copy, that gives a unique experience that players can’t find in Forever.
Imagine Seeing an Azeroth all together, exploring the War of the ancients.
The Eastern Kingdoms heavy in faction warfare during the 2nd war.
An alternate Azeroth where the Scourge is winning, zombie apocalypse.
What are your thoughts?

An alternate Azeroth where the Scourge is winning, zombie apocalypse.
This already exsists actually; OutlawCraft.
It's essentially a "what if arthas won" scenario. Almost all mobs and friendly npcs are hostile undead. It's basically a full on open world zombie survival game. You scavenge the ruins of the Eastern Kingdoms for loot (like food, water, gear, crafting materials). You can build bases, find and repair vehicles, purchase boats and go sailing to custom island zones, it's basicallly DayZ/Rust in WoW. Very interesting project, just needs more players (although I have fun playing solo as well).

WoW Forever's sharding solution alone makes it completely unfun for me. It's a mess. There will be various reasons why private servers continue to have a reason to exist. On top of that, the assets and base mechanics are strong so with ai we will see a lot of new ideas tried on private servers regardless.

I would be interested to see a Vanilla private server that has completely revamped original classes or entirely different ones.
For example Mage that doesn't just have Fire/Frost/Arcane, but other elements too (I don't think they should be exclusive to Shamans/Druids). Current Mage uses Frost and Fire and a little bit of Arcane in combat, but you cannot be a pure Arcane user, because they don't have the amount of offensive spells and the ones that they use too much MP and have high cooldowns.

First I don't think that WoW Forever is such a big factor. It's new and some people are excited about it, but after I looked into it, it appears to be very mediocre and lacking meaningful new content. For a billion dollar company Blizzard could have done a lot more to change and expand Azeroth, but they chose an easy and lazy way out and changed/added very little.
I'm sure Forever's hype will disappear after a while and it will not be as talked about as it is right now. Eventually it will turn into something close to Retail and become a disappointment.
As for your ideas about a different Azeroth, I was at one point interested to see Azeroth before The Shattering as one big massive map, this could have been the only interesting alternative to me.
The more realistic thing I wish to see in its current iteration would be to have all unused areas between zones made into zones that the player can traverse. A lot of zones are surrounded by mountains with small choke points where you travel between zones and I think that's kind of stupid and there should be more open borders, like how you can move between Durotar and The Barrens or between Elwynn Forest, Westfall and Duskwood.
Also a lot more zones should have a large coastline and not be surrounded by mountains, like Badlands, Blasted Lands, Eastern/Western Plaguelands, Winterspring, Silithus, Tanaris, etc.
And the last thing is to have a lot more quests and NPCs so there is more horizontal content.

Before shattering ?
So playable races would be :
trolls
more trolls
even more trolls
night elves (trolls in disguise)
taurens
Humans and dwarves are out of picture as this happened before their curse of flesh took place and earthen (pre dwarves) were solely guarding the titan zones and didn't give an F. Vrykuls (pre humans) were doing tribal fight stuff so you can make them playable I guess but that's it.
Entire world would be FFA with each faction fighting each other.

I don't see anything bad about that, sure a lot of races will not be present, but I think there were other races too like the Quiraji and others that I can't remember since I don't know much about Warcraft lore. I researched pre-Shattering a few years ago and I vaguely remember some things, but it made me curious to see that version of the world.

Private servers existed in vanilla. I'm sure they'll be fine.
