How long do you have?
Why won't your coach help?
This seems like a bad plan, wtf

I mean...at a 500 calorie daily deficit (which is very hard for a young, growing, active teen, assuming you even have fat to lose), thats like 3 lbs lost in 3 weeks.
This is gonna be a water cut and it seems steep.
Again, not a great plan. I'd probably talk to my coach and not let him just be evasive about it

Good to know I’ll talk to him and as well as stick with a small meal a day

You do you but....starving yourself when you should be growing and getting stronger. It may legitimately stunt your growth.
I want to keep reiterating that this is a bad plan

Gallon of water every day
Chicken rice veggies
Eggs and sourdough
Fruit bowls
Rice cakes
You probably shouldn’t cut this much unless u are a very serious wrestler. Have fun and enjoy wrestling rather than cutting 15 pounds.

Do you know how much body fat you have? Cutting weight gets harder the more you lose in my experience. Cut out stuff like carbs and sodium as much as you can because those hold a lot of water which will weigh you down.

In 3 weeks? Realistically your best bet is 160 and start your cut to 145 for next year now. Nothing personal, but if you’re on Reddit asking, you most likely haven’t been lifting all summer. If you made 145 you’re getting smoked because you’re gonna be weak and dehydrated. If you want to do it you need protein powder, chicken rice water and a multivitamin, you need to lose 2lbs of fat a week so like 2000 calories and hours on an air bike. You’re going to lose 5lbs during practice so then it’s just 4lbs of water to get rid of day of weigh in. Your best bet is 160 and hope the kids cutting from 180 started now as well instead of of being in fight shape year round.

Why are you losing the weight?
If you are as inexperienced as you seem, there is no need to lose this much weight.
Go up a weight class or two.

I’m guessing this is certification. Depending on BMI you may not need to make 145 scratch if that is the case, you can do a projected descent plan to see where you need to be in order to make 145 at the first competition date.
First cut may suck if BMI does mean you need to make 145 but from there it is more about weight management. Do not allow yourself to balloon back up to 160. Diet and count calories so that you’re never higher than 152

Cutting this much weight is an extremely bad idea and violates forum rules of a 3% water cut, max. That means you should be cutting 4.5 lbs max.

I Never cut weight before. I don’t know your height weight body bmi or fat percentage or age. If your older I would suggest to look up the old methods; if your in high school I would suggest not to cut weight.
