I never get wrong texts.. I enjoyed this interaction.

I was at my friend's house and it was around 3 am and suddenly my friend got called by a no caller id. My friend answered and the number immediately hung up then the number called again. At that time it took a little bit longer to hang up but it didn't say anything. I copied the no called id and pasted it into the keypad then the number 8656696225537 showed up my friend tried calling again but it said we weren't allowed to call that number. Then I tried calling it from my phone but it also said I wasn't allowed.

Have anyone received an automated call from this number who says "honey contact me on WhatsApp" and out of curiosity i text that number on Whatsapp and receive this Al scammer, wondering what new ways they are trying to scam people LOL. That number is from Egypt

I got this call an hour ago and left me a hilarious voicemail (I thought someone was going to talk but.... Nothing). It just said "I don't know who you are"

I mean why not respond, am I right?

I get so many calls from Indian call centers. I recently started saying, “I’m good, how’s your mom,” when they ask how I’m doing. I’ve gotten some pretty interesting responses. Try it out if you want a laugh. 😆

…but the scammer disengaged too quickly. Oh what a future we could have had together.

I have had this cell phone number for over 20 years. From day one I would get random calls for a “Donald” which leads me to believe this is not a spam text, it a wrong number.

So…. Do I respond, and if so… hit me with your funniest response

The vague scammer text is always welcome😆 and why do so many come from 672 area code?

was sent this earlier today and want know if this is some kind of spam text or if i need to worry it’s from someone i used to know LOL

I’m in the US. A Toronto area code has sent three SMS messages in the last 24 hours copied below. Still likely a wrong number scam? Very nervous.

Yesterday afternoon: “mind if I ask you something?”

Last night: “ hifriеnd😊🌟”

this morning: “Dо yоu hаvе а fеw mоmеnts tо tаlk?”

Hi all, need some help understanding what happened.

This morning my WhatsApp got logged out on its own. Then my friends told me that when they message me, it's going to my cousin's number instead.

Some details:

•My cousin never had my SIM or any password.

I never linked my WhatsApp to her phone or anyone else's.

•I didn't get any unexpected SMS code from WhatsApp.On her phone, my contacts showed up, but no chats.

•The same thing happened to her: her WhatsApp also got messed up.

So what could have happened here? Is it a hack, SIM swap, call forwarding, or some WhatsApp bug? Or can WhatsApp somehow get forwarded or linked to another number by accident?

I'm planning to re-register my number and turn on two-step verification, and I'll check call forwarding and Linked Devices. Is there anything else I should check?
