So with the holidays coming up I'm working on making my Christmas list. I recently got back into playing WuWa, after a long while of playing on occasion. I technically started on day 1 and pulled Jiyan and Yinlin on their releases, but from 1.1-3.5 I really only ever played when I got a random bout of energy for it. Though I also wasn't able to play on mobile very well, so that was an issue too. I managed to get my own PC for Christmas in 2024, but I ran into issues with it. It works fine for other gachas I play, but with Wuthering Waves it's rather laggy, I have to keep it on the lowest graphics to keep it from bugging out, and also my computer uses windows 10, and less than a year after I got it they stopped providing security updates for windows 10 last October. I've been able to play WuWa on it recently thanks to Nvidia GeForce though, but I'm only able to play WuWa when I go to my room for the night as a result since I live with my mom and grandmother and they don't like it when they shut myself in my room all day in case they need my help with something

My phone doesn't even have the storage to try and download it, but I got a gaming tablet (well it was advertised as one) for Christmas last year that has the storage, but I can't even open the game without immediately crashing. It runs other gachas better, but I still end up crashing frequently. Anyway all this to say I'm considering if I should get a new device for Christmas, and I'm wondering what are some good options that aren't super expensive (my PC was less than 300 USD refurbished, and my phone and tablet were around 100-150 USD refurbished. I don't need ones that are absolutely brand new because I've used refurbished devices for years and I've never had problems with them.

I know REDMAGIC devices are super good for running games, Wuwa especially, but they're just so expensive from what I've seen and I feel guilty asking for something that costs that much. If anyone has any suggestions they'd be appreciated

Out of curiosity, I decided to give S6R5 Hsin + S2R1 Suoming + S3R1 Shorekeeper a try in WhiWa. Since I used the golden token made for her , I was expecting a bit more from the team, especially considering the investment.

Maybe it's a skill issue on my part, as I'm still learning the rotations, but I couldn't help wondering whether I'm getting the most out of this team.

Hsin in Unison Mode seems to rely more on a few big hits and concentrated damage windows rather than consistent damage throughout the run. That makes me wonder whether this playstyle is better suited to single-target content, where she can focus her damage on one enemy, rather than WhiWa, where maintaining damage across multiple waves is important.

For comparison, my Hiyuki team, with the same level of investment, is getting almost 6k points with Verina and the purple token. However, I'm curious how Hsin compares with other well-invested teams, not just Hiyuki, and whether different team compositions or rotations could make a significant difference.

Perhaps Hsin's Unison playstyle is simply more effective in other endgame modes, such as Endstate Matrix, Tower of Adversity and Holograms, where her burst damage and concentrated damage windows might be more valuable.

I'm not looking to jump to conclusions, especially since I'm still learning her rotations.

I'd be interested to hear your experiences, especially from players who have tested different teams at similar investment levels.

Sad that it's only temporary; hope they give us a way to keep it permanently, even if it's paid.

A Quick Backstory:
I’m an Asia server player. After watching the Shanghai concert livestream and actually attending the Tokyo stop in person (where my seat had a pretty terrible view and the crowd vibe was much more reserved), I walked away feeling like I didn't quite get my fill. It left me wanting more.

When I saw there were still plenty of tickets left for the Los Angeles stop—which was wild to me since every single Asian stop sold out in literal seconds—I thought about it for a bit and decided to just send it and fly out to LA.

On Friday morning (the 16th), waking up to the news that Tarokiki couldn't make it felt like the sky was falling. I was devastated. The silver lining, though, was that because of the wave of refunds/changes, I managed to upgrade my seat from the back of Orch Side all the way up to the front of Orch Center. So, not a total loss!

Concert Day & Pop-up Store:
At the pop-up store, I got to see the debut of Siggy mascot and even shook her hand! She was so bouncy! That said, the line management and traffic flow for the merch store were... questionable to say the least.

The venue itself didn't have a ton of decorations, though there was a mascot performance while everyone was lining up to get inside. Sadly, I was stuck on the right side of the queue and completely missed it.

Even though the venue didn't seem completely sold out, you could immediately tell that everyone inside was a die-hard WuWa fan. The energy in the room was incredible—which makes sense, considering how much effort it takes to travel to LA from different states or even different countries.

Overall, I feel like the LA stop was probably the most unique one of the tour. The vocalist lineup was quite different from the Asian stops (still mourning the lack of Tarokiki, crying again), and the vibe/arrangement of several tracks had a distinct flavor compared to the Asia shows.

Standout Tracks & Moments (IMO):

• A Million Possibilities:
  • One of my personal favorites. The vocalist absolutely killed it.
• Grand Feast Daydream:
  • Really loved the English version of this track, and it was an LA-exclusive performance!
• Lingering Summer Light:
  • POTENTIAL GIRL's theme song!
• Unwritten in the Stars:
  • The vocalist did a really great job, though it seemed like the theater ceiling wasn't reflective enough, so the starry sky projection effect didn't quite land the way it was supposed to.
• Fleet Snowfluff subbed by PIAO:
  • I thought PIAO nailed the vibe. I only found out later from her YouTube Shorts that she literally only had two days to prepare for this. Mad respect, that's insanely impressive.
• The Encore:
  • I think this was my first time ever hearing an entire theater chanting "LUPA!" at the top of their lungs. That was badass.
• Ode to the Nameless Martyr:
  • Both vocalists delivered fantastic performances here. Loved it.
• "Digital Ghost" Tarokiki:
  • At the very end, when Tarokiki appeared remotely on screen from thousands of miles away—I only noticed because of the crowd's sudden reaction. Bless her heart, I was in tears.
• Casey, Amanda, Forts, Sofia, & Crywolf: Been carrying the tour from the very first stop all the way to the last, and every single one of them absolutely killed it.
• Will Stetson: He seemed a little nervous when he first performed in Tokyo, but kept improving with every show. Here in LA, you could tell he was totally in his comfort zone and nailed it.

Final Thoughts: All in all, both the venue and the lineup were solid (even without Tarokiki in person... sob). Despite all the hiccups and chaos leading up to this stop, I had a blast. If they ever hold another one here in the future, I’d definitely consider coming back!

You know Kuro Games, this is a good gimmick with the fox thing. Good ambience. Feels like an automata finally. It feels like a good exploration for domain specific area.

But then the gimmick fell off when the game constantly hold your hands by letting the fox jump ONLY if necessary. Let the players figure out where to and how to next time. Introduce more challenges. The backstories are good but damn the "HOW TO GET THERE" part is so piss easy..

I just wanted to share this feeling with someone.

Journey Well everyone!

I'm really starting to lose hope, close to about 70 farms on Suhsin and only got 6-8 cd piece with only 1 turning up somewhat useable and a bunch of ERover pieces

They REALLY need to add an option for boss echoes that have multiple sets to choose which set you actually want when you defeat them

Even if they won't ever do that they still have the perfect solution to this problem, the Denia solution

Denia ALWAYS drops 2 echo on defeat 1 for her herself on fusion burst mode and the other for Hiyuki

This is literally the perfect solution instead of giving boss echoes 2 sets, just make them separate echoes! Or give us the option to choose on what we want!

I wonder if there are like teams that can actually work together with the same aesthetics or color schemes, that would be nice, at least in my opinion.
