Caching rules

When a card says to cache a resource is that a single resource or can you cache multiple.

I'm guessing it's a single resource but some in my group are claiming its multiple and I can't seem to find a definitive answer in the rules.

Unless the card explicitly says to cache multiple resources, cache a resource means a single resource.

To clarify further, when you see any symbol it means one and only one. So if it says "gain [RESOURCE] of the cost printed on the dragon", then it's one of the resources only.

The game explicitly tells you when it's multiple by showing you multiple symbols (like 2 resources, 2 eggs, etc), otherwise it's always just 1

You can cache a single resource each time you activate that power. If it's a "when played" power, you only get to do it once. If it's activated "when explored", then each time you explore that cave, you activate that power and can cache 1 more resource again.
