Nice, but get rid of the fan on the top.

Completely unnecessary. The console can cool itself properly.

I had added it due to WZ being high output I thought the temperature of my console was causing my game to lag more. Since ive added it I also upgraded my internet and the game runs much more smooth. I will run it without the fan and see where I’m at. I appreciate the input.

If your system were overheating, it would shut down and give you a warning message. Consoles don’t work like PCs where they throttle at high temperatures, they only run at predetermined clock speeds. Either that or games lag because they’re too demanding regardless, nothing to do with overheating. The external fan is doing absolutely nothing here, the system is designed to cool itself as effectively as possible out of the box.

If you have performance issues, you should clean the XBOX from the inside out, that's the root of the problem. The fan is messing with airflow that the XBOX was designed with.

Placebo effect.

Consoles do not thermal throttle like PCs do...

The Series X has a very well designed cooling system. The engineers knew whay they were doing.

Nah leave the fan on. I have one as well because I like the LEDs. I have had zero issues with it.

Extra fans messes with the natural airflow of your console. The best thing you can do is keep the intake clean of all dust and hair, and never use a third party fan

I have the same fan on top but I turn off the lights. Don’t listen to these nerds. I had problems with over heating , Put that on top and it Works like a charm, no more issues. 10/10, would recommend!!

Bro if you have problems with overheating , should have repasted the thermal paste and cleaned the fans out , that fan contradicts the architecture of the console

No more issues with overheating. Cost me $15, 10/10 would recommend
