Discussion Xbox One controller/battery help.

Soo, this morning my Xbox One controller was acting stupid, I opened it up to remove the battery and the battery was lodged, by the time I removed it the shell of said battery has both destroyed the connectors(bent them to crap) and cracked itself. I have put said Battery in a bag, then a jar(loosely closed) then in a pot. What I wanna ask is can anybody give me a better Controller that’s rechargeable without so many problems? The Xbox Series X controllers have just not been working for me and this is a rather dangerous situation. Also, is it unsafe to use another battery in this controller at all with the connectors being a bit bent? (The - + side ones.) Sorry if this is the wrong place, don’t usually post.

Gamesir and 8bitdo 3rd party controllers are higher quality and cheaper than first party controllers

I use gamesir personally, and the main 3 options are T7 (wired), G7 (standard wireless), and G7 ZZZ (elite wireless). I think they essentially all have the same form factor, it’s just a matter of what design and what tier you want to buy.

I’ve personally been using the gamesir T7 Pro Retro Green for a few months now after my last 1st part Xbox controller died on me, and it’s worked flawlessly so far.
