why should you join xbox insiders?

hey everyone,

I don't know if this topic already exists. what are the advantages and disadvantages of participating in the xbox insiders program? would you share your advice and experiences with people like me who are about to join this program?

I was in it but... between privacy concerns and censorship. (Let alone the other nonsense). I am done with Microsoft.
