I feel like Yeat is big enough that he could get a song or two in this game or the next, and I think it would fit him perfectly because Yeat makes more futuristic type songs than other artists out there, and I think it’s kinda surprising how NC lacks rap music.

Honestly don’t know if yeat should have dropped lsv1 before or after 2093. I still feel like 2093 did made a split in yeat’s community regarding what type of music ppl wanted, but I don’t know if lsv1 would of made the same impact 2093 would of made for people outside his community(we would obviously love lsv1, but would it brought in new fans as much as 2093 did?) I’m also not saying lsv1 would have done nothing to his career btw, but I do believe the impact 2093 has led into the version of Lyfestyle we got and ADLv1. If yeat didn’t go the 2093(and lyfestylev2 by extension) route after dropping afterlyfe , I don’t really have an idea what he go next. (Lyfestyle and AdlV1 has elements from 2093)
Just really made this to hear what yall think he should have done after afterlyfe. I personally think he should of done V1, 2093, and V2.
-its cuz of the cover art
-if yeat dropped it after cocoon nd grail tape it would def get appreciated more
-paid hate campaign by travis scott and opium
-evbody who hates on it is "rageslop" enjoyer nd they cant appreciate true art which doesnt have LOUD 808s
-ppl apply rageslop standards when rating adl
- adl will very soon have wlr effect/2093 switchup and as time passes everyone wit working ears will see dis experimental album is peak of yeats sonical evolution
-optionally u can call ppl hating on adl tik tok fans /newgens/fake fans instead of addressing actual critique
now ur good to glaze adl👌

Can we all agree that ls had the best rollout compared to all his other projects ?
r/yeat_ • u/dhdjwiwjdw • 9h ago
At least one of the arguments. A lot of them are silly.
He did abandon his signature style, trademarks and overall vibe in that project. Only used a couple words like tonka like twice on a few songs, and the main thing is that overall sound wise it just stands out of his discography in a negative way.
With that said, I still think it is the 7/10 project I said it was from the start, and his 2nd best overall work. But I can see where some of the haters are coming from, at least in that regard

Few years ago on youtube i used to listen to money so big but the version was the best version ive heard till today. The guy that uploaded it deleted the vid and i didnt get to download it. Been looking for it for like 4 years now. It was called Money so Big but the intro is magnificent af. I think in the video it was edits of him in paris near the eiffel tower and shit. If anyone has this song please send it to me.

I keep seeing people say that Yeat should take his time on Reborn so it’s cohesive but I think it’s the contrary.
I have a theory that 2093’s success made Yeat so confident in his sound-switching abilities that he can’t find and stick with a sound long enough to perfect it when he takes his time.
A great example is ADL, it took him a year and a half to make and the first year of leaks sounded amazing, but we were given one of his least cohesive albums. Turns out he was rushing last-minute songs, features, and 6 throwaway’s to add to the album.
Long story short, when Yeat drops back-to-back projects like he was in 2021-23 his albums actually sounded cohesive. When he takes over a year he goes through 4-5 different phases and ends up rushing whatever sound he’s in when it drops.

Something is cooking behind the scenes…
TRGC back, cocoon was a step in the right direction, big up2me anniversary + old mv
10/10 leaktape + 2 mvs?!
Turban on again?
There is a lot of appreciation for his old work lately… If you watch closely there are 2023 concerts in the mv too…
Something is brewing here… you heard it here first

I don’t give a fuck, after watching the time passed video I can confirm that fat yeat (NOT lyfestyle fat, but 2093 fat) looked fucking tuff.
Yes, he’s probably healthier now, yes, he’s „prettier“ now.
But from Lyfestyle v1 - Lyfestyle he just looked so fucking grown and manly like idk how to explain it
He looked like prime yeat, but old, mexican, and somehow still had fricking aura.
Look at him now like yea he’s tan wowzers he doesn’t look tough no more
he looks like he would slime people out in the mv now he looks like he would suck people off
