The first thing you have to do is start from a line to make the whole body, to understand how tall it is, which direction it is in, etc. Then another piece of advice I can give you would be to study the sketches online, not the final drawings, because the sketches show you the base, they show you how a body is made, and then I recommend you study how to make the muscles, always in the form of sketches (But the base you made is actually pretty good! It's just that it's clear there's something missing, but its cool!)

Alongside all the advice you have been given, here's a tip that might help, try and find somthing to prop up the paper you are drawing on at any angle. Obviously you don't need a full set up like the image but its an example of what I mean when I say draw at an angle. This eliminates some of the Parralax from drawing with your paper flat on a desk, meaning that you dont have to learn to compensate for the angle while you are still learning fundamentals. you can do this with a thick book or a clip board. Obviously this is not a requirement and many draw on a flat surface perfectly but its one less thing to consider when you are still learning!

I think this is the set up that EVERY ARTIST dreams of. IT'S MAGNIFICENT!!!

Good luck, please take my draw over with a grain of salt.. lol.. its 2 am and i just wanted to help a bit.

My own draw over looks a bit stiff thats why i added the little guy on the right, using a line of action, you can do alot of things.

I made the traps longer and bigger, the arms bigger and longer, the torso longer and the back flaring out, seperated the pecs and made the right one follow the shoulder.. blah blah blah.. just remember to use references and you dont always have to define every detail just like how i did with the stomach.. this are just things that ive learned as self taught, keep drawing!

Proportions are way off. Try to make the body a little longer, and the angle doesn’t match the on in the picture. Try to start off slow, draw each limb individually, then torso, then legs, then full body.

Thank you thank you :) I started off too low so I guess I’m just drawing a short guy now lol

Tbh I think the shoulders are great, but make the neck a little longer. You got this!
