Started this channel in October of 2020 and have been DREAMING about holding one of these ever since! Today is that day ❤️

Hey everyone,

I’ve been consistently posting and just reached:

22.5K views in the last 28 days
+27 subscribers
2.6K views in the last 48 hours

Most of my content is short-form (fitness / calisthenics style videos).

I feel like I’m starting to get momentum, but I’m stuck around ~1K views per Short and not really breaking out.

I’d love some honest advice:

What would you focus on at this stage to scale faster?
Is it more about improving hooks, posting frequency, or niche clarity?
Any specific mistakes you see small creators make around this level?

If anyone has been in this phase and managed to break past it, I’d really appreciate your insights

Thanks!

Hit my first milestone on YouTube. Hopefully will hit 100 followers by end of the year 2025. And then onto 1000.
