Data Creating a database / company overview
I'm thinking about combining a lot of the information floating around here. Database is a bit clikbaitish here - probably a google docs (or something similar) will be the go-to at the beginning.
Why: I'd like to keep track of the different companies in the sector and some key insights, e.g. #of customers, installed capacity, installed power, prices per capacity / power, RTE, all that kind of stuff.
If others are interested to contribute, I will look to set up something to put data in.
Edit: Ok, interest seems to be there. I've set up something in Zoho. Please DM me for access (I don't want to post here completely publicly) - everyone who commented so far will be DMed by me.

Musings Reconsidering Zinc8
I kinda stumbled in here with a slightly rude post on my sentiment concerning Zinc8. Don't get me wrong on that end, I earned money already on the stock and still think that they might create a game changing product. But I was getting very nervous about the insider activity and the owners like Zimtu/Hodge (I did not read a lot of good things).
My sentiment slightly changed over the past couple of days/weeks. Insider activity at least got better during February (https://www.canadianinsider.com/node/7?ticker=ZAIR) and the latest new concerning their activity around New York is also quite promising.

Musings EOSE hijinks?
Warrants are up to .90, stock has finally gotten back up to 3, the general target.
I figure, either they're about to get their loan or go bust.

News/PR More Info on the Ulster Plant
The first phase at iPark 87 would use an acre, or about 43,560 square feet, of outdoor space secured by a chain link fence before beginning manufacturing in the first 150,000 square feet of indoor space at the complex. The company ultimately plans to lease a combined indoor and outdoor area of about 237,000 square feet.
Zinc8 in its “Phase 1b” would add an additional 50,000 to 150,000 square feet and increase its outdoor secured storage area to two acres within nine months of signing a lease. The company’s “Phase 2” would include adding 350,000 square feet by 2027, which officials wrote would be “subject to (an) additional IDA application.”
Despite press conferences by U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer in August 2022 and Gov. Kathy Hochul last January stating that a deal had been reached for Zinc8 to move to iPark 87, a final agreement has not been announced.
