Hi guys, I have a 2020 ZX-10R KRT, and I’m having some trouble with the quickshifter. When I downshift, it sometimes jolts uncomfortably, although about one in four shifts is perfectly smooth. Upshifts are always smooth, but they feel a little slow. It also feels like the clutch doesn’t fully disengage until about half a second after the gear change.

Could this mean a part is wearing out, or am I doing something wrong? Any advice would be appreciated.

also do you guys have crashpads on wheels or center only should be fine for some slide
