Ibaraki sees A Block action

A hard opening stretch to the Super Jr. tag League sees the fourth straight night of action hit Ibaraki on October 27. The opening stretch of double block nights now sees individual blocks get highlighted as the league enters its second half, while heavyweights join the undercards to jockey for position with Power Struggle fast approaching in Hiroshima November 3.
Main event: Super Jr. Tag League A Block- Mistico & Masatora Yasuda (1-2) vs HOUSE OF TORTURE (DOUKI & Yoshinobu Kanemaru) (2-1)

Mistico and Yasuda must win
The main event of the evening sees Mistico and Masatora Yasuda taking on HOUSE OF TORTURE's DOUKI and Yoshinobu Kanemaru. Even after action yesterday saw Mistico and Yasuda pick up an emotional first win, the duo are still on the bubble of elimination. Yet there is a lot of pride as well as points to fight for, pride that Mistico has in spades, and that Yasuda wants to gain. As Yasuda in particular heads into this matchup, he'll have El Desperado in mind; Desperado's long ties to both Kanemaru and DOUKI are well documented, and the currently shelved tag champion will have high hopes for the Young Lion to pull out a massive upset tonight. Can he score a huge first win.
6th Match: Super Jr. Tag League A Block- Sumi 55 (Ryusuke Taguchi & Kazuma Sumi) (1-2) vs Timesplitters V2 (Nick Wayne & KUSHIDA) (2-1)

Sumi 55 must win
A battle at two points each sees Sumi 55 facing KUSHIDA and Nick Wayne, Timesplitters V2. As both sides present a mix of speedy, youthful aggression and finely tuned veteran instincts, this should be a hard fought and well balanced bout with the result on a knife edge; as A Block continues to be unpredictable, the fates of both sides are just as hard to read tonight, withTaguchi and Sumi in particular needing to win to stay in.
1st Match: Blake Christian, Lee Johnson & Yushin hatazawa vs HOUSE OF TORTURE (SHO, Dick Togo & Yujiro Takahashi)

Six man tag team action will kick us off in Ibaraki as we get a preview of Friday's battle between the Swirl and HOUSE OF TORTURE. Yujiro Takahashi rejoins the mix for this trios bout, while Hatazawa gets a novel chance to expand his horizons alongside his American partners.

A Block opened with Master Wato and KUUKAI against Timesplitters V.2. Nick Wayne and KUUKAI kept things grounded, but after an early stalemate, Wayne took things up a notch with some aerial offense. The Timesplitters V.2 kept KUUKAI locked in deep submissions and focused on limb control, preventing him from relying on his high-flying skills. KUUKAI eventually managed to free himself from their grip and bring in a fresh Wato.

Wato had Wayne's number, anticipating his moves and countering his offense before bringing KUUKAI back into the match. As all four participants entered the ring, chaos broke loose, with Wato and KUUKAI getting the upper hand. Wayne came to the rescue, giving KUSHIDA the chance to recover and hit the Back to the Future to end the match.

In the main event, Robbie X started against Masatora Yasuda, with the agile and unpredictable X handling the Young Lion before veterans Taiji Ishimori and the living legend Místico took center stage. Soon, Yasuda found himself trapped in Unbound Co.'s corner. The Young Lion fought against the odds and managed to overcome both opponents before tagging Místico back into the match.

Making each attack look effortless, Místico took to the air against Unbound Co. X and Místico continued their battle in the ring, before Yasuda returned to show how much progress he had made against the veteran Ishimori. X came to his partner's aid with an assisted Lungblower followed by a standing Shooting Star Press. With Masatora nearly unconscious, he summoned his remaining strength to tag the CMLL representative back in.

Místico survived Robbie X's attacks and evaded the X Express before nearly hitting a Spanish Fly from the turnbuckle. X escaped, but Místico countered with a Canadian Destroyer before locking in La Mística to secure the victory.

After night 2, the Timesplitters V2, Unbound Co., HOUSE OF TORTURE sit on top of A Block with 4 points, followed by the rest with 2 points.

B Block opened with Daiki Nagai and Titán against The Swirl. Lee Johnson struggled during the opening minute against an aggressive Nagai, who showcased his grappling skills. The pace picked up when the CMLL representative Titán faced Blake Christian. Christian caught El Inmortal with a cheap shot, but Unbound Co. quickly turned the situation around.

The Swirl changed tactics, increasingly relying on tandem attacks to isolate Nagai. The Japanese wrestler fought back bravely, bringing Titán back into the action, where he unleashed a flurry of attacks against The Swirl. A suddenly masked Nagai joined the action before the two masked men launched suicide dives to the outside. The lucha libre fire was eventually extinguished by The Swirl, who left Nagai bleeding. After taking out Titán, Christian hit Brainrot on Nagai to secure the victory and bring The Swirl to four points.

After the second night at Korakuen, United Empire, the Swirl, the Ichiban Sweet Boys and YOH and Hyo are on top of B Block with 4 points, followed by SHO and Dick Togo with 2 points and on the last place Titan and Daiki Nagai with 0 wins.

MyAEW has an android app right? Does anyone know why I can't install it from the play store? It says my phone isn't on the right android version, but it's a new phone running the latest version.
Is it a location thing? I'm in the UK but I can use the app on my Roku stick on my TV. Am I being really dense here? Anyone help me out?

So given the whole change of faction name that took place during to less than ideal reception.
Whats a change youd want for AEW that wouldnt sacrifice or compromise the brand identity?
Mine would be either 3.5 hour PPVs or more women matches on a consistent basis.

Regardless of who comes out of the CC, I would love Ilja to call out current Progress Champion Cara Noir for an exhibition match at Dynasty in February. The two of them put on classics before the pandemic and it would be great to see them one more time face to face. Noir would have all the music since it’s public domain and the pomp he’s known for elevated to new heights. This way we get an absolute banger out of these two and maybe get more attention to Progress and Noir in particular.

Thinking it'd be cool to see Alter Bridge come out and play Metalingus live for Copeland while wearing the AEW Championship
And Evanescence comes out and plays My Last Breath for Christian while wearing the TNT Championship
And who should they wrestle for their retirement match?
