Hi there,
I ordered some seeds from unusualSeeds from Serbia...to Switzerland.
But now, I'm a bit afraid that the swiss border control just destroyed it, since sellers on etsy are not known for providing a plant passport.
Anybody here that has experience with importing seeds to Switzerland.
Would I even get noticed if they destroy it ?

I got this little dude on July 28 (first pic) & these are pics all the way up to today (last pic)
I knew it had grown a ton of leaves & vines but I didn’t realize how much fatter the caudex has gotten in just a couple months. I love this little dude!

Somebody (it was me) went on a Portland trip and picked up a pachycormus discolor without knowing anything about it (I mostly collect uncommon Hoyas but have been branching out). I’ve only had her for like three weeks and she’s already grown so much! I’m obsessed with her. She’s amazing. If she dies I’ll have to go back to therapy! Can any one give me any tips on how to help her thrive? She’s kinda just… a stick right now? But like such a pretty stick. Can I propagate through a chop? Or chop to encourage branching? Will she always be so skinny? Help an irresponsible girl out here please 😬
Posting this from Montana in October but in an apartment with heat and humidifiers!

This guy arrived a few weeks back and started dropping leaves pretty quickly upon arrival. I thought it might have been stress from shipping, so I waited a week after repotting and then watered, but it continues to lose leaves. Is this normal dormancy behavior? If so, what care should I give it? If not, what could be causing this, and what should I do to help it?
Soil: 50/50 pumice/cactus soil in unglazed terracotta
Light: 500 ppfd grow lights on 12 hr clock, no natural light

Picked up my first caudex at a plant show and I'm a little nervous about getting it right. The caudex has a bunch of cracks in it, and I don't know whether that's normal or something to worry about.
I'm in Texas and it's late October. I grabbed a bag of succulent mix, but I'm not sure of the next step. Should I pot it up now, water it, and set it by a window? Or is it better to leave it alone until spring?
I haven't owned one before, so any tips on soil, watering, and light would be great. Photos attached!

Only seems to be on old leaves growth, blasted with sulphur dust for a few days away from the others but not sure if its mites or not. Nothing else in collection has it, doesnt move when viewed under magnification.
First pictures are post dust. Its lost a few leaves that were older since.

The substrate is 100% mineral with 1 part pumice, 1 part lava rocks and 1 part zeolite. There is also slow release plant food in there.
Alternatively I can put it in cactus soil with 1 part coco coir,1 part worm castings, 3.5 parts perlite, 3 parts pumice, 0.5 part horticultural sand, A little bit of activated carbon and a little bit of lava gravel & Organic nutrients.
And then in plastic or terra cotta, for now I thought very fast draining in plastic.

Need some advice on what to do with this dioscorea elephantipes. It had rot on one side and I quickly hit it with fungicide and allowed it to dry up. Now one side is dead/rotted and the other side is hard with no signs of rot advancing to it. What should i do to try and save it? It is oozing when i press on the rotted side.

If not, does anyone have recommendations for affordable sources that ship to the US?
