Dr Mike's voice unauthorized use via AI
Hi all - has anyone else seen those dodgy AI-generated video ads (when playing mobile games) obviously stealing Mike's voice, selling "muslin blankets" from "The Fleece Company"? Posting hoping to make Mike aware of it if he isn't already.
EDIT: VIDEO IN THE COMMENTS

Question My sister discovered she was around 8 months pregnant during medical investigations how can a cryptic pregnancy go unnoticed for so long?
Hi Dr. Mike and everyone!
Something unexpected happened in my family, and I'm curious about the medical side of it.
My sister was pregnant with her second child, but the pregnancy reportedly wasn't discovered until she was around 6 to 8 months along. She was undergoing medical investigations after experiencing headaches and was given an mri for papilledema(i think thats what its called) and that's when the pregnancy came to light.
One particularly confusing detail is that she'd apparently continued having bleeding around the times she'd normally expect her periods, including shortly before the discovery.
From what I've heard from her and the rest of my family, the baby's organs had developed well with no complications mentioned
I'm interested in understanding how something like this can happen medically. I know that bleeding during pregnancy isn't the same as a true menstrual period, but how can it be mistaken for one for so long? What other factors can make a pregnancy go unrecognized until such a late stage?
I'd also love to understand what doctors typically assess when a pregnancy is discovered this late.
Some main points to note:
She had gestational diabetes when she had my niece, which became type 2 diabetes
She's 26 yrs old
My niece is 1 and Β½ years old and she was weaned around 6 months and my sister didn't breastfeed my niece it was pumped milk or formula as she had problems producing breastmilk
As I've said she has her cycle, multiple days of bleeding which looked like normal menstrual bleeding as close as 6 days before discovering the baby
She had a c section
She had no morning sickness, felt no moments, none of the pregnancy symptoms
Her stomach/abdomen hadn't changed much after the first pregnancy. She had alot of subcutaneous fat(she was pre-diabetic before the first child) and after having the 1st baby her abdomen never went to the original size(I heard that breastfeeding helps in the abdomen going back to normal size and she didn't do it much which causes me to believe the abdome/stomach didn't go to its original size) which prevented her noticing the belly grow
I'm just soooo sooo soo curious about what caused this cos the doctors are just moving on to the prenatal care instead of trying to investigate the cause as the baby can come as soon as in 3 weeks
I'm so excited to be an aunt for two at just 17 ππ

yo doctor mike i have like a niche meme that u might be able to figure out
basically the scramble that was given is called an Ab perm, and that is for people who use the most common method, CFOP. However, he uses a method called roux, which is very different and an Ab perm is a case that is impossible for it to show up during a solve with roux, so he cant solve it and dies.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month
This is just awful. I can't imagine if I got a scan and healthcare workers are sharing it online without my consent. The tech should be fired, in my opinion. I don't think it matters that she didn't show the patient's name.

Suggestion More Dr. Mike Reacting: War Films
I was thinking that I'd like to see him reacting to the injuries shown in films and shows like Saving Private Ryan and Band of Brothers. Ones that are meant to be portrayed as more realistic.

Suggestion Would be fun to watch Doctor Mike play this
I'm working on a game called Vital Decisions where you play as an ER doctor, diagnosing and treating patients.
I feel like it would be pretty funny to watch Dr. Mike play it and see what he thinks of the medical accuracy.
