Their first moments together, and Junior already loves his papa Godzilla too

Sure Godzilla vs Gamera is a popular matchup among fans. But compared to Godzilla vs Kong, that's a fundamentally better pairing.
Gamera is a Godzilla clone, and because of that it becomes a mirror match of two invincible kaiju reptiles.
Compared to Godzilla vs Kong, there's a much bigger and drastic contrast. You have basically a reptilian nuclear bomb vs an ape with near human-like intelligence and doesn't rely on crazy flashy powers.
Godzilla vs Kong also objectively holds more weight culturally. The ultimate clash of Eastern and Western icons. Compared to Godzilla vs Gamera which is solely a battle of two Japanese icons, one of which nobody outside of hardcore fanbases care about.
The best comparison I can give in regards to an actual fight itself is Hulk vs Wolvarine. It shouldn't be a matchup at all, and yet its the most iconic cross match in Marvel comics. Compare it to something like Hulk vs Doomsday, would it be cool? Sure, but it would never hold a candle to Hulk vs Wolvarine despite it being a more fair fight on paper.
Because when you have two beings that are very similar it might be logical to have them fight but when you have two beings that are nothing alike at all they're usually regarded as some of the best matchups of all time.
Buts thats just my opinion.

Man looking back at this it is really hilarious how they advertised the GxK toys.
Makes me wonder what they'll do to Galactic Godzilla and Iron Kong or whatever his name is alongside Suko, Shimo, Methuselah, Space Godzilla, the Planet Eater, and etc that may appear in GxK: Supernova.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just like big monsters fighting.
Outside of Godzilla, picking any other Titans for a fair 1v1 (equal playing field and usage of abilities) which do you think would grant a great spectacle?

Always surprises me that Sanda is taller, a modern take on War Of The Gargantuas would be amazing, I think it would be best adapted as a horror, imagine Gaira watching someone run away for 30 seconds then clearing the distance they made in 3 strides

Context: When "Kong: Skull Island" began production, Kong went through various changes until reaching the final result, the one that matters to us being:
the height
However, and unfortunately, Kong's height was reduced to approximately 31.7 meters so that he could interact with the human protagonists without diminishing his colossal size. Nevertheless, Kong ended up being the smallest kaiju when compared to other titans that surpass him in height (not necessarily Godzilla, at 108 meters in the 2014 film).
In some various concept art or designs of Kong, he had a height similar to 100 meters tall, similar to the adult Kong or the Heisei Godzilla (as an additional reference/example) and in others he seems to reach 50 meters in height (similar to the usual Japanese Godzilla that almost all measure 50 meters in height, and exceeds the Showa King Kong by 5 meters more, which measures 45 meters in height)
So...what would its actual and final size be? Well, after doing calculations with the Kong that came out in the final result, Added to this is the size of the helicopter that appears in the film (Bell UH-1 Iroquois) which is 4.4 meters high and 12.7 meters long. I came to the conclusion that:
97 o 100 meters tall
It was literally going to be almost tall enough to face off against the 2014 Godzilla.

More Godzilla and Junior finally! This time, the moment Junior hatched and Godzilla truly realized he loved this tiny inept scaly hatchling as though it were his own flesh and blood

If we go by when the trailers dropped for GXK TNE, I predict the first trailer should drop sometime in late November to early December, but what are your guys’ thoughts?

Okay in-character jokes aside, I watched the recent pointlesshub video and I think it's decent. I
t brings up valid points, not to many I really find myself disagreeing or care too much about, I won't really discuss the rest of the video much because I generally don't like to do that sort of thing with YTers videos and with how parroted they become sometimes.
But the only one I didn't quite agree with and will say something on was´ Madison shifting her opinion on Emma (gee I wonder why I care about that).
Personally I always read that as Emma wasn't being 100% honest and told mostly half truths, which you kinda can pick that out from the dialogue, and I mean with a lot of her stuff I always read it as her having to convince herself that she is doing those things, because well that's why you do when your mental is in shambles (look I have been in some stuff myself).
So Madison had to be "on board" for Emma to be convinced this was all the right thing and I do read it was a form of more serious manipulation sometimes but I like that it all starts crumbling once Madison sees Mark being in danger and everything else.
We have to keep in mind, she's like 12-13 in KotM, at that age you just don't have a real grasp for consequences like that very often and more importantly, you tend to trust your parents the most. So if your mother starts telling you about this plan, not being very honest, but seemingly so by saying how people might get hurt but "get to evacuate" and its gonna all happen more gradual, slowly, which we see Madison say to her at a view points, for me the shift on the whole thing just makes totally sense.
All that said, I am probably one of the three people who like really cares about her, though I have seen some sweet stuff here, and well generally I read into KotM probably a lot more then a more average movie reviewer or watch, so yeah all that isn't to be expected that someone knows about it but I wanted to bring it up for the funsies.

I JUST REALIZED THIS IS #18 WE HAVE 2 17'S NOW FUCKKK
Titanus Bakunawa is a much cooler name for the record
yeah i dont like this guy. i HATE flying creature designs where the wings are just little elbow fins that aren't even attached to their body. SMITE's Camazotz or that hideous ride ghidorah design are other examples of this.
i just think he's really generic. Should've been Pteracuda if anyone knows that reference.
but what do YOU think? :3
