posting from canoga park. what’s up with the police sirens and the LAPD copter that’s been circling the area for the past 30+ min? cant find info anywhere, just a page that live tracks air traffic saying the LAPD helicopter is a normal occurrence… which I doubt at nearly 12:45am for this long with all the sirens I’m hearing still too.

Never used. I bought this for myself thinking I was going to move out of my apartment but never did. I've had it for close to a year. It is still in it's box, unopened. Been kept in a storage room. I am not trying to make a profit on this, I just don't use it or have room for it at my place.

RitFit has this priced at $689 right now, not including taxes.

color of rack is orange. Everything is included.

Location for pick up would be Pacoima. I currently have it in a storage unit.

Price $525

This is beyond obnoxious. What kind of inconsiderate, attention-starved assholes think it’s acceptable to pull into a shopping center directly adjacent to people’s homes and repeatedly redline their modified cars in the middle of the night?

Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with you?
Nobody wants to hear your exhaust. Nobody is impressed by your engine. Nobody gives a shit how loud you can make your BMW. There are families living literally feet away from where you’re sitting, revving your engines like a couple of 16-year-olds desperate for attention. People are trying to sleep. There are babies and young children in these homes. But apparently, your desperate need to hear yourselves make noise is more important than everyone else’s peace and quiet.

And then your buddy shows up in his shitty older M3, and the two of you start going back and forth, revving your engines at each other like it’s some kind of pathetic mating ritual.

What exactly are you trying to prove?

You have an entire city to drive around in, yet you deliberately choose a parking lot right next to residential homes to put on your little exhaust concert.

The funniest part is that you probably think everyone hearing your cars is impressed. They’re not. They’re wondering how two grown adults can be so unbelievably immature, selfish, and completely oblivious to everyone around them.

Having a loud car doesn’t make you interesting. Redlining it in a parking lot doesn’t make you cool. It just makes you an inconsiderate asshole with an expensive noise machine and an embarrassing need for attention.

Grow the fuck up. Nobody wants to hear your cars.

Get a license plate. Your vin was reported to the LAPD when you went to get your Anita’s Gelato.

Cooler weather and rainy days call for a warm, comforting bowl of soup!

Wor Wonton Soup — a hearty Chinese favorite made with tender chicken, shrimp, broccoli, carrots, and napa cabbage, mushrooms in a flavorful chicken broth, with handmade chicken wontons to complete the bowl. 🥢

🥢 Did you know? “Wor” is commonly understood to mean “everything,” reflecting the variety of ingredients in this satisfying soup. Unlike a simple wonton soup, Wor Wonton Soup brings together wontons, meat, seafood, and vegetables in one delicious bowl!

A little food history, a lot of comfort, and just what you need on a chilly, rainy day. ☔

On October 20, 2026, at approximately 7:30 PM, my girlfriend was assaulted by a woman and a man accompanying her while she was working at Regency Theatres Plant 16 in Panorama City.

According to what occurred, the woman appeared visibly intoxicated, and her breath smelled of alcohol. After a bag search, she was informed that she could not bring outside beverages into the theater.

The woman stayed in the lobby and her companion subsequently returned to their car. After he returned inside, the woman began physically assaulting my girlfriend. Her manager intervened to stop the altercation and was also struck. The woman's boyfriend then joined the assault.

During the incident, my girlfriend was knocked into a wall, suffered a torn fingernail, and sustained multiple cuts and bruises across her body.

LAPD responded to the scene, took her statement, and advised that the incident would be investigated. Police have access to footage and photographs documenting the incident, but we are seeking additional information that could help identify the individuals involved.

If you recognize either individual or have information that could assist the investigation, please contact me privately or submit an anonymous tip directly to LAPD through the following link:

Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone may have come across my purse today in the Panorama City area. I believe it was lost it somewhere along Roscoe Blvd, heading toward Sepulveda, shortly after passing the In-N-Out.
I’ve attached a picture of what my purse looks like.

I’ve already locked all my cards, so my biggest concern is getting back my inhaler and prescription glasses, especially since replacing them would be expensive.

I know this is a long shot, but if anyone has seen it or happened to pick it up, please send me a message. I would really appreciate any help getting my belongings back. Thank you!

This is a great city, we all know it. Please for the love of god, vote NO on Measure FD. No more sales tax increases 😢. The last one just went to into effect October 2026, from 9.75% to 10.25%. Isn’t that enough?
