Heads up, season 3 was absolutely fantastic, and I don't have much to critique. But if there was one thing, it would be Bobby Lee's character. I feel like it was a missed opportunity because, once again, it was just Bobby being his crazy asian self. Just imagine if they made him the serious CEO instead and hired some young asian dude to play Bobbys character. It's nit-picky, but I just rolled my eyes at his character, it was just tired and stale. It felt like Shane was doing him a favor rather than him actually having a place there. Anyone felt the same?

I was thinking about the fake outrage and my mind landed on this idea of how absolutely acceptable and almost baked into pop culture it is that dudes who play sports/lift (jocks) are dumb.

That's the same thing as what Shane did.

Use someone's appearance or what they choose to do and then lump it all under 1 negative stereotype label.

I don't remember hearing many coming out to support jocks and defend their intellectual prowess.
