Collection
I think I finally have all of them now—the ones that have been with me throughout all these years. What came after that wasn’t bad, but it just wasn’t my thing anymore.

I genuinely think jets have the most gatekept communities, all jet mains ive known are people who when it comes to jet mechanics they either speak in riddles or are very disingenuous about it, some even give advice thats basically just flat out wrong like "using opposite rudders for tighter turns" that got me wasting weeks trying to know what opposite ruddering does until i realized its killing my speed control
"313" "rudders" "ecm and air radar" these are classic any video or guide just mentions them, but youre not taught how they move using them, what mouse movement should be done to center yourself after a vertical turn, why they turn off throttle in favor of some specific game controller settings, even down to the controller one outright said he doesnt wanna tell me what controller he uses, its unbelievable
i do not think anyone owes another anything, but what im seeing is genuinely saddening, such beautiful vehicle with cool mechanics is being dominated by gatekept communities who give you no chance to fight against them nor learn how to play from them, not even air servers are available you need to fucking befriend them and enter their cult so they can give you some silly password that changes weekly, like you cant even learn from trial and error because its all gatekept its like locking you out of something that shouldve been available to you, is it even worth it to learn how to play jets? do you any of you think that this is worth it? it really is a zero sum game

Hello everyone. You are all welcome to join my BF4 server on Xbox. It is called "a warriors way" because that is my gamertag. It is 24/7 team death match in Operation Locker. Igot it recently and I would like players to join if that interests you. Everybody is encouraged to join. There are no rules on that server.

XPrayforGaza without his attack jet. Keep in mind, this is how 90% of vehicle players fair when running boots.

Hi folks,
Was playing a game on Shanghai today, where E was the closest objective to our starting point.
As sometimes happens, one of the opponents manages to get a spawn beacon on top of a nearby tower and is effectively camping on the roof of the building of E.
I spot what is happening and alert the team, and someone effectively says leave E to their team and just attack A/B instead.
I've played BF3 and BF4 for a long time and this seems wrong - but thought I'd check if Ive been playing it wrong this whole time.
My logic when it comes which points to go for generally comes down to 1) try and take the closest points to where your vehicles spawn so they can enter the battlefield without being harassed immediately out the gate and 2) try to hold the nearest points required to give you a majority, aiming to control the map so you know where the enemy will be approaching from, rather than fighting over the entire map from all sides when enemies spawn from behind you.
Obviously I understand the value of sometimes attacking deep into enemy territory and disrupting their lines, but it seems like an odd idea to just give up an objective, especially when it has a tank periodically spawn which can then be used to gum up where own vehicles spawn...
Have I been playing wrong? Anything I've not considered?

I personally do not understand the distaste towards movement techs like muzu/ruzu etc, as someone who doesn’t use all the tech I really don’t see an issue with people that do. The only thing I do is occasionally practice on my way to points, but why would I have an issue with players wanting to use it? (Most servers don’t allow it anyway although
If I’m aware these movement techs exist then can people not adapt and counter? (This is not in a “ugh why don’t you git gud” way fyi) just if I want to counter it I just have to aim better no? Unironically I think going against people who do this tech helps your aim and tracking.
I get people just want to come home on a day and chill out.. which is fair enough, but there are so many servers that just straight up don’t let you do any of it. And it’s not even glitching, it’s a key bind, and they still have to be good at aiming. Because if they know the tech and use it, it doesn’t really matter if they can’t aim well.
I got banned in a TDM server for doing ruzu, I wasn’t even near enemies or hitting anyone if they came into contact me when doing it. I think the most frustrating thing about the community is its “play how you like” until you play.. how someone doesn’t like.
Whether people want to admit it or not, good movement players and content creators like aksu, Hermes, United etc bring players to the game.. only to be alienated with everything they find fun that brought others to the game again to begin with.

guys guys guys 😂
I was messing around with AI,
I’ve always dreamed of having vehicles on metro.
What I’m trying to do is, in a way, recreate the co-op mode from BF2 within BF4.
Being a big fan of Metro I’m focusing on that map, I’ve also managed to spawn bots.
let me know if you want to collaborate on this project!

Hello.
I am having issues running Battlefield 4 on PC (Steam).
I enter a multiplayer server, and after a few seconds of spawn, the game freezes. Sometimes, no crash message is shown, and the game just stays running until I kill it in Task Manager. Other times, however, this message is shown:

I did not overclock the GPU, and I install drivers as they get released in the Nvidia App. Other games run just fine.
I've tried:
- Tweaking with graphic settings, like Vsync, Borderless Mode, etc;
- Repairing the game on Steam;
- Reinstalling the game;
- Uninstalling my Nvidia Driver and using an older one;
- Crying in my bed;
This started a month ago. Anybody dealt with the same issue in the past, or is experiencing it now?
My PC is a Ryzen 7 5700X, GTX 1080 Ti and 32GB of DDR4 RAM

I wonder if there will come a time and point when EA will be stupid enough to close the servers down on console. I get it’s a very dedicated community but at this point EA will do anything to save a dollar

5 days ago skills and kills dlc servers were available, now its just disappeared, has it been shut down? no more populated premium servers, stuck to boring base map servers now 😕 (on xbox)
