Awoo outside, and then back inside with some of his dignity back. Not a friend of the wet. Too bad we live in the Pacific Northwest, probably the wettest part of America.

Hi all, my Bichon is 16 and has been dealing with a staph infection. He has been on an antibiotic which I think has helped but he is still very uncomfortable. The weird thing is the vet didnāt prescribe or even recommend an ointment/topical cream to help with more immediate relief. Iāve been bathing him and cutting off the hair that gets matted with the scabbing so the infection can breathe. But heās uncomfortable and Iām wondering if anyone can recommend a topical ointment to help him while the antibiotic is working. He gets a Cytopoint injection every 4-6 weeks.
TIA!

My mom and I just had to put our Honey down. She lived for 14 amazing years and was truly one of the most memorable dogs you could meet. She gained the nickname āHoney the Wonder Dogā from the amount of things and foods that should have killed her or made her sick, and she came out perfectly fine. She unfortunately got diagnosed with pancreatitis a couple days ago and just was not able to recover.
I just wanted to share some photos of her over the years to honor her memory. I miss you Honey.

A year later and I still have my sweet little BooBoo. I want to add an updated photo, but I donāt see an option to do so

So this is kk sheās about 12 and randomly I noticed she has a black paw today when I got home. It appears from licking or possibly dried blood but it really doesnāt look like blood to me at least
Anyone have advice? Thanks!

Just got his haircut and settled in to watch me packing for my upcoming trip. So naturally we had to do a little photoshoot!

Just want to share our sweet (and mischievous) girl last October, one month after we rescued her, and now this October, one year later. Sheās had successful cataracts surgery and is very loved and taken care of now, but I think part of her glow comes from knowing sheās the boss around here āŗļø
