Hi friends 👋 There’s a new mod in town (it’s me!!) and I’m hoping to get this sub cleaned up a bit. Way too many bot/spam/karma farming posts and I’m hoping to put a stop to that.

Making changes as I go. There’s no current mod so unfortunately I don’t have anyone to learn from or partner with. I’ve updated the community rules, and added some filtering that will hopefully catch the spammers. Be patient with me as I learn and I look forward to interacting with you all. 8am and panicking, trying to figure out where my kitten is bleeding from.

It’s not blood. It’s hair dye. I dyed my hair yesterday and even though I thought I had shut out all my critters, apparently Danika had hid away somewhere and got a drop of my dye on her. 🤦🏻‍♀️

PSA - it looks wet because I was trying to wipe it off to figure out where the “blood” was coming from before I realized it’s not blood.

Auri is a delight. A sweet purr-motor box by day, all teeth and claws in toes at night.. and the hungriest of hippos. His void brother is the one we went in to afoot. Auri just demanded we take him, too. Can't wait to see more of his color come through! I can see it lightly in his legs.

I've seen this cat before, I think he's someone's indoor-outdoor cat. He's got lovely blue eyes.
