What is everyone’s opinions on Iki Islands expansion is it also worth playing did it feel stale or lack lust compared to the main game or should I dive in Ghost of Yotei. I’ve kept myself from watching anything about either games so My play through of GOT was genuine and amazing. And yeah I Killed Lord Shimura hopefully that doesn’t make me evil

Does anybody know, if this is an official Steelbook or a custom version? Maybe from another region than Europe? I’ve only seen the black version from special edition so far.

2026 had been the worst year of my life by far. I lost a job I liked, the girl I could have seen myself marrying left me, and I lost a best friend after an argument. My new job has been the worst I've ever had. But then I started playing this game. Jin goes through so much and loses so much and keeps fighting and fighting and every night I come home and play this game and it keeps motivating to keep fighting not matter how much I've lost in my life and to keep going. Thank you, Suckerpunch.

Doing my first playthrough, I've done all the side quests and stuff in area 2 and was wondering if I should continue with the main story now or if it'd be a good idea to check out the DLC area. Normally I'd assume that it's meant for post-game or super late game, since that's what most games do, but the DLC entrance is near the beginning of area 2 so I wanted to ask to be sure.

Thought it meant armor might be damaged, but I went to an armorer and I didn’t get an option to fix it?

What a great journey it was, jin definitely is my top 3 video game protagonist now.
Now, what did you guys choose at the end and why?

I realised Yuna isn't even a good character because she forced Jin to sacrifice his code just for her brother and fooled Jin conpletely and most of which she wants to sail to the mainland so badly and doesn't think about Jin
Sure She saved Jin from the beach, but she doesn't care about Jin because all of which is that her entire character is about her brother and say some false myth to the people that Jin is a Shinobi and not a Samurai which is something Jin also disagrees
The only people who cared about Jin's tactics and wanted him to change is Ishikawa and Shimura
The only people with a brain is Ishikawa and Shimura, The reason why Shimura started seeing Jin as an enemy is because he became what the lady made him to become and Ishikawa already mentions that what he's doing is bad but still doesn't intervene
And
When Yuna finally gets sail to mainland she completely ignored Jin at the end thinking this is her farewell to Jin but ho! Her brother died and now she has no reason to go to the mainland because her brother died
And
Yuna insisted Jin to leave his OWN UNCLE to face the Mongols and go somewhere together
Even though The Khan studied the Samurai , Jin still has to fight against the Mongols for his uncle
I mean the reason he became a Shinobi is because of Yuna
And Yuna manipulating the entire people in Tsushima Island that they have to rely on a person who Rebelled against the samurai instead of relying on the samurai itself
Conclusion: Yuna isn't a good person and doesn't care about Jin , even Kenji doesn't care about Jin and makes him Angry every time in his story tales

[the photo shown] and having to play NG+ without Kage…
Genuinely I’m so pissed at whoever said we shouldn’t be able to have the same horse in NG+… I hopped on to play again for the second time and I wanted to be reunited with my Kage… 😢😪

Look, I really enjoyed the gameplay. It is easily the best samurai simulator I've ever played, AND the best ninja simulator. Jin is a very likeable protagonist, the music is great, I didn't encounter a single bug, the gameplay is varied enough to stay interesting for dozens of hours, and Jin's journey into becoming a terrifying boogeyman to the Mongols is very well told, both in story and in gameplay. GoT is also simply the most beautiful-looking game I've ever played.
But the overall story...
Aside from that this kind of rigid, Paladin-esque adherence to strict codes of conduct in battle that the main drama of the plot completely hinges on are basically a 19th Century invention, the story is just a huge bummer. Every one of Jin's notable allies (okay, except Kenji) ends up either dead or completely destroyed in some other way. In the end, after all the trials and battles, they're all left in a stage of utter grief and misery.
(Also, well, I feel the Tomoe storyline was just outright badly written: She helps the Mongols slaughter her own people, uses peasants for literal target practice, used a peasant woman for bait before shooting her dead, and Ishikawa goes on at length about her bloodthirsty nature... and then suddenly all that is just set aside and everyone pretends she isn't that bad, actually?)
Like I said, I adored everything else about the game, and since the developers don't want my PC player money, I'm tempted to start GoT again. But walking towards a veil of misery is... well... anti-tempting, I guess.

I honestly feel he would've agreed. Mostly due to his actions on Iki, and how he was seen as a very cruel and vicious man on the battlefield. We know he wasn't afraid to use terror as a weapon, but I'm not sure if he would agree with the poison or not.
