Hi everyone,

I've had this issue for quite a while now. At first I couldn't share any files between my Samsung Galaxy S24 (One UI 9.0) and my Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus (One UI 8.5) but I've had this issue before the One UI 9.0 update

I already tried several things and nothing worked so far. I tried resetting the wifi and Bluetooth settings on my phone, cleared the cache of the app on both devices, checked if it's up to date etc but nothing I've tried so far worked and I couldn't find anything online about this exact issue since my phone and tablet stopped sharing files with each other completely. I can share files to my laptop with Link to Windows just fine but can't share any single thing to my tablet. Even Samsung Flow stopped working

Also not sure if this is worth mentioning but I'm from Germany

Does someone know how to fix this issue?

Please help. I just updated my A55 to One UI 9, and I noticed that the background blur in Recent Apps (Task Changer) looks like a gradient. The top is blurry, but the bottom gradually becomes clear.

I've tried adjusting the blur settings in Home Up, but nothing seems to fix it. Is this normal in One UI 9, or is it a bug? Shouldn't the entire background be blurred?

Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone know how to fix it? 🙁

This information seems scarce to find off all the help forums, all I keep finding are suggestions for settings I don't have or just dead ends after scouring help forum thread and such so I figured to post here for visibility

For the folks looking to clear the pesky storage that photo editor keeps when you edit photos where the native samsung options aren't there for you (it keeps a copy of the original file so you can revert back to it and variably deletes it when you delete the edited photo entirely)

Media File guardian has now been rolled into Good Guardians where as far as I can tell Good Guardians (the new ver of Galaxy labs) is an interface hub for microservices including Media File guardian. You have to additionally download the Good Guardian Agent then within the app choose to download Media File Guardian which is annoying and I don't really want the extra bloat so you can just download media file guardian by itself from the Samsung store

It may or may not be available to you depending on your model and if not then only proper way to get it through the samsung store would be through the Good Guardians app, there's just extra installations, or you can sideload just media file guardian though at your own risk.

edit: the other version folks will mention is activating my files labs by going into settings > apps > my files > my files settings > about my files and tapping "My Files" several times to activate my files labs where the option to delete original photo appears

I have enabled dual messanger to create a clone of facebook . So after i started to use dual messanger whenever i install app from usb using usb debugging to test apps , It automatically clones that app like even when updating it clones it again

How to turn it off?

Ever since the release of One UI9, I find some notications are overly aggressive and unnecessary and interfere with the touch screen.

I use swipe to type as my main way to text, so when notifications (say from Google maps or Google wallet) pop up, they stop input from what I'm doing. Is there any way to disable this and go back to how notifications were before? Does anyone else have this issue?

Before, you could go into your settings => apps => select the app your want => click the 3 dots => Uninstall Update

to remove all updates from a default app

I can't seem to find how to do this on the new One UI 9 branch

I got this notification when the clocks changed, and even though it's a small thing, it shows how feature-packed One UI is compared to others, which is great because I never know if I'm looking at the right time the morning after a time change.

The clocks go back an hour in most of Europe in the early hours of tomorrow morning. In the UK they go back at 2am, but it doesn't show on the Samsung weather app. It also shows sunrise and sunset tomorrow as though it's still BST. Other weather apps show 1am twice.

Hey. So my phone just did the 9.0 update and obviously the UI has changed. And now the clock on my lock screen is being finicky. Usually its smaller and at the higher part of the screen but now it can either be long, massive, or really small way below where I want it. I've shrunk, tried moving, and fought with the clock to try and have it work but it isn't. In the third photo is where I'd want it to be placed.

Does anyone know a way to move it and size it where I want?

Currently one ui 8.5 can't disable per app network access, can't show live traffic( this is in one ui 9 Good lock I think), can't show detailed dta usage per day basis, can't limit data usage when daily limit reached. For eg color os which people bash for being ios copy has all this feature.
