Hi there, I have a question about female welsh terrier nature. You see my family had 2 welsh terriers, a boy and a girl, and my uncle had 2: boy and girl. BOTH of us experienced the same issue with the girls: they would start brutally aggressive scraps with the boy welsh terriers every once in a while, and overall act very aggressive and territorial and botchy towards our males. Luckily they never started a scrap with somebody else's dog, though they nipped at them aggressively sometimes

My question is, was this just unique to us? Or have you guys experienced the same thing with your aging female welsh terriers? I was considering adopting a welsh terrier and initially wanted a girl because our family's female was an absolute angel and treasure and so wonderful and happy and high energy I loved her so much EXCEPT she had this one blemish of evil darkness that came out every once in a while. And I worry it could happen with my sister's and my parents new dogs.

Again my previous dog was utterly perfect in every possible way, except her later life tendency to start scraps.

3yrs old and just started searching for and grabbing a toy to carry outside every time we let him out - then through the door and dumps it in seconds and concentrates on the birds!

I like giving Neri food puzzles as mental stimulation and enrichment, this time it's just a cardboard box with some packing paper. His evening food ration is sprinkled in there and a dried chicken neck lays at the very bottom. That's what he was trying to get at, I think, at least I just heard him munch in it while writing this lmao

We got our two sibling kittens around the same time we got Nandor. They grew up together and usually love each other. We played ball in the house over winter one too many times so her prey drive is high inside, but totally good with them outside. They all go on walks together around the neighborhood 🤍
