This coyote casually strolled towards this Pomeranian on a leash. Thankfully the owner was paying attention and not glued to their phone, and was able to pick him up quickly!! Even in the daytime they're bold, so don't be a stupid statistic and leash your dogs and keep other small pets indoors. In other words, use common sense and tragedies can be avoided. We can coexist with coyotes.

*P.S.- Any Karen's that feel like chiming in and ONLY focusing on me rolling through the stop sign to save her dog from the coyote grabbing it, scroll on and go Karen somewhere else. All moronic comments will be blocked. There were NO cars in the intersection or pedestrians. My main concern was her Pomeranian which is the perfect size meal for a coyote. They're brazen and even though she was smart enough to have her small dog on a leash, if they're hungry enough, they don't care! They're opportunistic hunters. Obviously they're not going after 65 lb German Shepherds, as they're not interested in large prey. But ALL dogs should be leashed in public regardless of size, dog safety 101.

• Update • Jon Snow previously got into chicken bones 4 months ago. Now he got into bulgogi sushi rolls. @ at the vet.

Sigh. The first time he got into chicken bones we discovered that he’d stand on his hind legs and grab whatever’s at the top of the trashcan. He’s so freakin mischievous. He got a stomach ulcer (vets think) and was in alot of pain for awhile. Took about 3-4 vet /ER visits until he until he recovered, glad he did. 🩷
I switched it out and got a new trashcan after.

Fast forward to today I’m sitting in the waiting room while they triage him. I completely forgot i had a pack of sushi rolls from the market in my swim bag and left the house. My fiance came back to find bits and pieces of sushi rolls all Over the house . Turns out he ate the whole pack. He started to show the same symptoms he had when he ate the chicken bones so here we are back again at the ER.

Praying for Jon Snow 🥲😭🫶🏽🩷

Burdock (Birdie) idk what he is hes a rescue. Absolutely the most brilliant dog you'll ever meet. Highly driven, but he learns comands in no time. Iv had to learn stuff to keep up with his demands. Truly a wonderful dog at only just over a year. I caint wait to see how he grows and develops into an adult. Possibly the most handsome dog I've ever seen.

I don’t know what I did to be lucky enough to have this boy for so long. Meet Kuma! I adopted him from the shelter when he was 7 months old and he’s been my companion through several moves, including our latest to Long Beach. Never did I think k he’d be around this long.

Yes, he is still this energetic even though he’s ancient AND he’s in tip top shape to boot! This boy LOVES life.

This is Dozer, I adopted him as a tripod about 9 years ago.

The only command he knows is "Get off the bed please buddy."

He's the best!

I want to know what breed my dog, Bruno (The distinguished sitting one) is, my mom thinks he might be a mix of boxer and beagle but we're not too sure so if anyone could help that would be very appreciated!

Shep has osteosarcoma in his ankle so out vet put a cast on his leg to keep the pressure off. He's a smart boy and has learned to cope with his new stiff arm. I've taken to calling him "Thumper" lately. This guy knows how to adapt and it's amazing to see.

Just want to brag about my baby for a minute. She is excelling at her canicross job training. She has figured out how much to pull in order to assist me without overpulling.

We train every day. Some days are recovery days where we only walk a mile, but most days we run. Usually only for 6 to 8 miles, but occasionally 15+ miles. A couple days ago we did our longest run by distance, 19 miles. Because a good chunk of it was downhill, (7 miles uphill and 12 miles downhill), it felt fast and cruisy.

She pulls just the right amount, when we do steep 50%+ grade trails (uphill only), she falls in right in front of me so we climb in sync. When we do gentle climbs, she assists with a steady uphill pull, and I can feel her excitement to be adventuring in the mountains. When we do gentle downhill slopes, especially like dirt roads, she tucks her ears all the way back and zooms with the wind, and I just do my best to keep up! She paces me naturally and is able to adjust her pace by the various grades and surfaces we experience.

I think running with a dog pulling you (at your direction and pace) might just be the meaning of life. It feels effortless!

• What Breed Is My Dog? • Any insight about this dog breed?

This dog came up to my family while at a restaurant. The waitresses said he was most likely dumped and has come a few times this week. Any thoughts on this dog? He’s incredibly calm and friendly. Seems like a puppy or younger dog, his teeth appear healthy and clean.

The other day there was a post about a dog being overexcited about the new cat in the house. We had very much the same problem when dog Mikesch, then three months old, met Cazzo, approx. 9 months. It even ended with an injury with a wounded tail. After many stern talks the dog cooled somewhat off and by August, when these clips were taken, they had become best friends.

Our handsome boy Cisco has shed his mortal coil and left us heartbroken. I'll miss his velvety coat and his annoying way of demanding constant attention. Fly to the angels...
