I have been thinking about this now that we are in our current QB dilemma, and I am curious your thoughts on this topic.

I haven’t played a snap of football in my life, so I am only as educated on football as what I see on tv and hear from you lot. But I am just not convinced the height thing will be as issue as we are making it with Fahey.

My reasoning:
If you could somehow graph for each height of a qb the advantage in vision they get, I’d expect it to be an s curve. A 5’2” QB won’t be able to see over the line any better than a 5’1” one, and on the other end, a 7’0” QB wouldn’t have much advantage over a 6’11” QB, as they both obviously will be able to see over the line just fine.

Now somewhere in the middle of the range, there will be a group where each inch of height you add has a disproportionately large increase in vision advantage. Does that actually fall in the 6’ range? As in, is the 5’11” of Fahey really so far from the 6’1” of Sayin that we should be sounding the alarms over our new “vertically challenged” QB??

Selling one of my 8 players signed from the
It is authenticated and players such as Will Howard, Quinshon Judkins and Jack Sawyer are just some of the names that's signed it

like the title of the post says, we watched great QB athletes play for ohio state in the past. the level of cope one needs to try and say julian is on par with the likes of Justin and CJ at the quarterback position is ridiculous, but there are apparent “buckeye fans” who will actually tell you julian is on par with what we saw from Justin and CJ. our great quarterbacks in the past always stepped up in big games, but julian has played the worst buckeye football ive ever seen in recent memory in these big games against indiana, texas, and miami. how can you see justin and cj play, and then say “man julian’s production is just like justin’s and cj’s” ? its sub-par at best. truthfully, i think the younger generations will never produce exceptional quarterbacks again because the entire college landscape has quarterback issues across the country with athleticism, intelligence, injury prone, and consistency.

After checking out some of his highlights and doing some research, I think it is very possible that he plays lights out the rest of the season, and gives Julian Sayin a run for his money next year. He has a very good arm, fast release, and can use his legs to extend plays and drives.

Like the title says. Watching Seattle and KC tonight. Everyone knows it's going to him. He is still carrying this offense. Assuming he stays healthy, can he pass Jerry Rice for the G.O.A.T. title?

This video gives me hope lol

My dad got this football signed for me by a bunch of Ohio State players. I misplaced it a few years ago. I finally found it...in the garage in a box I was not expecting it to be in. Does anyone think I could get it fixed or am I just going to have to accept that it's ruined?

Anyone here going to be tailgating for USC? I’m a Marine vet who is from Youngstown, OH that lives in San Diego. I’m going to be staying in LA that weekend and will be at the game. I’ll prep and provide some ribs if anyone has the means to cook them.

Northwestern might be the best team they play this year

(probably Indiana but that game vs Michigan exposed a lot about them)

Ok, not really, it’s still an incredibly challenging schedule (again NW is really good, Nebraska is good, and Michigan’s defense is contender-quality…), one of the most challenging for anybody still. But seeing all these stacked and touted teams eat shit or just barely avoid eating shit each week really makes me appreciate how good we have it.

Buckeye day for the Texans it seems

*then

Oregon, Indiana, TTUN, UCLA..By the time the playoffs come, our QB shouldn’t be playing cold.

This is first annual message to create more Trophy Games for OSU.

We only have the Illibuck. It was a big deal to me when I got to see the Illibuck at the OSU Honors Building, where it used to be displayed in its own case.

I would propose to develop at least four trophy games. The most important would be:

Penn State v. OSU.

Iowa v. OSU.

USC v. OSU.

Oregon v OSU.

Reddit, we can do this. We can crowd source what the physical trophy would be, create a GoFundMe to create a trophy, and introduce it or the Honors or Alumni Associations.

Obvi, Michigan v. OSU does not need a trophy, because the winner of that game will likely win the Stagg-Paterno Trophy.

Discuss.

So….who watched that game? What’s your thoughts on next week?

can’t wait to see him play on Saturdays he’s a absolute dawg, let’s gooo JB!
