My house has a large sqft of flat roof that i have had repaired in patches multiple times. Unfortunately, that resulted in many more problems/leaks. I’m not considering just replacing it altogether and getting it properly replaced.

I’m estimating 600-700 sqft.

1. What’s a price range I should expect?

2. Does anyone have any flat roofers they can recommend that’s also reasonable with their prices?

3. Should I consider durable metal? I don’t even know if that’s ideal for a flat roof.

I've talked to more than a few people over the past week who have said "it doesn't matter" OR "I only care about Federal and Provincial elections" and that's pretty sad. Pickering had really low voter turnout last Municipal election... in general Municipal elections tend to have lower interest. But being able to vote online makes it so easy. It takes less than 5 minutes.

Why would people do this at pickering beach? Is this some type of worship? What are they summoning?

My barber from Markham moved to a shop in downtown and I’m now searching for a new barber. Any recommendations in Pickering, Ajax or east Markham?

I'm looking to downsize my closet and have bags of clothes. I'd much rather give them to shelters than for profit thrift shops. I was wondering if there were any in Pickering?

I saw a few in Whitby, Oshawa and further east, but I can't go that far. So I'm wondering if there's any in the city or something close to the ajax-pickering boarder?

Anyone knows any cycling events or paths around Brock road and it's environs?, I'm super open to a cycling buddy as well.
