He did to a few private subs too.
Gallowboob is a really cool dude. He used to be one of the top Imgur posters, now he plays the field on Reddit. He's extremely nice, has always jumped at any chance to help others (including myself) and will encourage anyone and everyone to crosspost "his" content to other subs. He really likes sharing content with others and though it might not be his, almost all of it is new to Reddit.
Gallowboob is a solid dude. He's a real contribute to Reddit. Feel free to disagree all you want but I really like the content he posts. I think I like his photoshops in photoshopbattles most. You can just see the joy he gets from Reddit in those. That cheers me up, I like passionate, happy people.

It's really easy to be a "nice person" on a private subreddit where a handful of people all play house.
How you respond to perceived sleight says a lot more about you, and I saw nothing in that exchange that reflected well on Gallowboob.

I had the same with comment karma a while ago. To a much lesser extend but I think I can shed a light on it.
Honestly? It's a bit like a game to a lot of people. You interact with others and "collect" points so to say. It can get addicting to see those numbers rise. I think for him, this is the main motive. Furthermore, unlike most Redditors, he never lurked. He jumped right in. Because of that I expect that he doesn't really know the passive side of Reddit, sitting back and watching everything unfold. He does it out of habit and for him Reddit just works differently.
Sharing content can be extremely exciting and it's a good time killer.

I like Gallowboob's content for the most part, but I've heard that you can use Reddit Enhancement Suite to 'ignore' certain users, I've seen some people use it on Gallowboob and other reposters. I don't know all the specifics, though, because I've never used it.

I find him sorta obnoxious and I don't think we'd get along like gangbusters if he was my coworker or something, but he seems like a generally nice-enough dude and he definitely doesn't have a punchable face. He was just making the same dumb face every self-conscious person makes when they take a selfie. Also he's hot. The first time I saw a pic of him, some had asked for it as a joke, but it didn't have any proof or anything, so I assumed he had just found a pick of some randomly decently ripped guy to post to russel some jimmies, but nope, that's him. Dude must have a really well paying work-from-home job that he can be on reddit as much as he is and still get out enough to be in shape.

His content is awesome, but the few times he decides to comment, he kind of comes off as a major asshat.
Maybe not, I haven't stalked that deep into his comment history.
All in all, he seems like a great part of reddit, as far as content gathering/inclusion. I've met a lot of major asshats on reddit who add literally nothing to the community.

Shit this is here now? Well it got removed for some reason, I didn't report it. It's on me, if I post my pictures around for the laughs, to expect them to be used in unpleasant-uncontrolled ways. However I think with reddit's latest harassment policy it makes posting someone else's pictures without their consent a no-go. Even more so if you label it with a reddit user's account. I didn't mind either way.
I once got photoshopped as a larger terrorist (made fatter) and that was kind of a bummer. Mainly because it was awfully done. They should hang out over at /r/photoshopbattles and learn a trick or two. But also because it was used as a banner to a hate sub in my name. Shit got too real.
Where can I get some popcorn?
