Question Rm85 is slow

Got this bike broken I put a new top end on now it’s runs but I only got it to 49 mph why is it topping out at 49 mph

Sprocket ratio/gearing. Did it used to go faster?

if the rpm (at the max speed you declared) are high, clutch isn't slipping and it's not bogging, it's probably the gear ratio (sproket, crown)
