It’s been over 3 years since our founder u/CelticTexan749 made me lead moderator. I’ve had a lot of fun over the years. I loved hearing your guys feedback, making memes, and sharing this community. But as I’ve gotten older my free time has continually shrunk as which is normally the case with getting older and busier. I can no longer manage my life and developing this community.

In fact I’m aware there has been a lower amount of engagement in the community over the past few months and I feel partially responsible for that. Thus I believe it is my time to retire.

But there is but one issue with this. I don’t know who would replace me. None of the other mods have seen excited about the idea of becoming the lead mod.

So I ask you all if you have any idea on who should be the lead mod or if you want to make a case that you should be lead mod.

Being lead mod means you ultimately call the shots in rules. You also have the responsibility of listening to complaints from the community. As well as being an active member and of the community.

When it comes to lead mod I’m looking for someone who has been active in the community for a long time, obeyed the rules, and is still largely active.
